In order to safeguard the artworks on display, they must not be touched:
You can take photographs or videos, but you can not use flashes, spotlights or/and tripods. The photographs you take are only for personal use. You must remember that artworks are protected by intellectual property legislation. Anyway, act discreetly: try not to disturb others during the visit.
Partially sighted persons may enter the centre-museum with their guide dogs. Other animals must remain outside.
Young children are especially welcome in ARTIUM; however, they must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times. On many occasions, the centre-museum provides areas with special activities for children. Please inquire at the ticket office.
There are areas in the centre-museum, including a cafeteria and the restaurant, where you can eat outside. Please do not take food or beverages into the exhibition galleries.
For your own health and for that of others, and in accordance with current legislation, please do not smoke during your visit to ARTIUM.
ARTIUM provides a cloakroom service. For your own convenience and for safety reasons, please leave umbrellas, rucksacks, packages and other large objects in the cloakroom.
ARTIUM requests your collaboration to enable you and others to enjoy your visit to the centre-museum to the full: please turn off your mobile phone before entering the exhibition galleries.
In case of any doubt, please ask the gallery staff. They will help you with pleasure.
